Ive never met, heard, or read anyone so smart in my life. It is incredible how he organizes concepts to make them understandable to his students and the world.
Law 222
Arghh! He is practically inaccessible for students. He does not give most students the time of day unless they are like Natalie Portman, a celebrity like himself in which case he'll take a particular interest in you. I found him to be impolite, not helpful and loves to drop the list of accomplishments he's done (in the distant past). Negative.
law
Arrogant and condesceding. Cares very little about helping students learn Cares mostly about advancing his own career in the media.
law 222
While the most famous, few people know he's HLS's least distinguished faculty member by far. Hasn't contributed anything to legal scholarship in years, Richard Posner even said he's "not a scholar". And a real hypocrite when it comes to civil liberties and human rights to boot.
Preemtion
Horrid - a name dropper and cares for nothing except for his own personal self-aggrandisement. Rude to students except for those who nod their heads in constant agreement to whatever falls out of his mouth. If you disagree, you'll be ignored.
law
the guys an arrogant pig with the inability to see other points of views. he takes a stance and refuses to bend on it even when facts prove him wrong- he will then change the subject and act like you are delusional. he thinks just b/c he is a big shot whatever he thinks or assumes is correct.
law
Egotistical: For example, in an obituary he wrote in Yale Law Journal, he spent most of time either praising his humility or genious. He's none of the above. Liar: When he speaks, he comes across as someone who cares about humans and their rights. One on one, with his students, its a different story
