Chef John Choe is an amazing chef! I fell in love even more with baking and pastry after his class. Great guy. Great teacher, and a great everyday friend! Go USC trojans...

dude john choe was awesome. Very professinol. But i thought it was funny how he taught my class to make creme anglaise. He wants you to take it to the broken stage, and then he bur mixes the scrambled eggs back up! it works it's just different!

This is my fav chef in the entire academy. He is a little hard to understand and very demanding, but he is such a awesome chef. He teaches you so much and you learn so much in his class.

John Choe was my absolute favorite chef at CCA. He was kind and demanded a lot from you, but taught you a lot as well. His morning demonstrations were the highlight of my day.
