He is very personable and funny. He is helpful and he always presents what you need to know. You definitely still have to work for your grade thought. If you slack off on WebAssign using Wolframalpha, you won't get an A. But if you study his notes, you'll do fine.

Goes over plentiful of problems in class, and assigns many through homework. As long as you go to class, pay attention, and do the homework there should be no problems passing the class with an 'A'.

I was very dissatisfied. His form of teaching wasn't easily understandable. In the end I was so close to a B and he ended up giving me a C even though I was about .5 points off! Horrible!

Professor Zazi is great teacher and has a great personality as well! He tends to side track a lot, but his stories always have something to do with what he is teaching so do kind of pay attention. In my case, I depended on the book and not on his notes, although you could if you're skills are strong. GO TO CLASS, for test info.

He is such a good teacher; I don't have a background in calc or pre-calc and his lectures and teaching style have brought me up to speed. His quizzes are homework based and are usually very short. His tests can be had, but if you do homework and study, you'll be fine. He offers extensions on homework and is very lenient.

He is a good teacher for students who know their calculus prior to registering. He assumes everyone should dedicate their life to math and understand his thinking quickly.

He's very eccentric which makes his lectures bearable. He gives a lot of homework but if you understand the concepts it goes by quickly. The weekly quizzes are pretty mush what determine your grade and it's important to take ALL of his notes (even proofs and derivations) because they appear on tests.

He's hilarious which really keeps the class engaged, without them getting distracted. His quizzes are usually straight off homework and so are the exams, though he may sometimes use book examples (and he'll tell you if a book example is on the exam). As long as you pay attention in lecture and keep up with homework its an easy a. :)

Sometimes the class needs to correct him on mistakes, and more often than we should. He often does problems in the most complicated way, when there are much easier ways. He's hilarious though and his quizzes and tests are super easy

An excellent professor. One of the best I've had, without a doubt. He has an excellent grasp of what he's teaching and he's very good at conveying that information to his students. He puts a lot of weight on the quizzes, but they're easy if you study and go to lecture. His Maple labs were very informative and helpful as well. A good guy all around!

Do well on the quizzes, they total up to worth 30% of grade. Watch out for test#2 (to this day I still don't get it). To do well on tests and quizzes, redo homeworks and examples, make sure you understand concept, and you should do fine, all tests (except for the 2nd one) are straight to the point and easy. 4 in class tests, final is not mandatory.

Only go over examples from book. Tests have some multiple choices (weird). Questions on tests hard to understand.

Excellent professor. His sense of humor keeps the class focused while not getting off topic. His homework was easy and is all odds so you can check your work to understand it before its due. Exams are a little difficult, but he tells you what will be on them. Easy going and will give leeway on homework.

Excellent teacher!!! I actually feel like I learned math this semester. Lectures are clear and easy to understand, hmwk is given every class-worth it, quizzes are given every week but are easy if you did the hmwk, and tests were also good, not too hard. Definately recommend taking his classes!!!

He does love going on a tangent while lecturing, but it's a incredibly easy class to pass.
