I would highly recommend this teacher to anyone who is afraid of or hates the idea of having to take Political Science. I took this class once before and ended up dropping it because it was hard and boring. Prof. Collihan made this class enjoyable and much easier.

She is very professional and is the best professor at AR. Collihan is like an energizer bunny, she makes you interested. She makes the class FUN. This isn't an easy class and I had to work hard for my B. This class opened my eyes to the real world. She is unbiased,smart, and very helpful. A VERY dedicated and passionate professor. Take her!!!!!!

I took Professor Collihan for her POLS 301 Online class. She was one of the most interactive teachers I have had for an online class. She always responds to emails promptly. Homework assignments are simple. Tests are as well. Overall I would recommend Professor Collihan to EVERYONE. She is an amazing professor

She is very organizes and polite. she explains the assignment very well but the exams are difficult and she used browser lock down for her online exam. if you like political science this is a right teacher for you. Otherwise don't take her.

She is AWESOME!!! Her class is not easy, but if you work for your grade, you will get exactly what you worked for. She is HILARIOUS, is always matching, and well dressed. She is understanding of life circumstances and very fair. I would highly recommend her. If you have no interest in Government to start, you will when you leave her class.

Her class is not an easy A but also not extremely hard. You have to do the work and study to do well. She gives four tests and drops the lowest score. The in class assignments are easy and so is the online portion. Her lectures are clear and helpful. Attendance is not mandatory in her class.

After her IR class I followed on to get my degree in it. I still own the books she used in her class and that was 5 years ago. Take her.... take her now !!!!

THE most amazing professor on this campus. I also took her for POLS 301 and IR. Collihan is super knowledgeable about the world of global politics and politics in general. She's also quite hilarious. She even inspired me to change my major to political science! Awesome teacher, awesome classes.

Awesome teacher! Very funny which made it easy to want to go to class!! She is understanding and you can tell she really enjoys what she teaches. A lot of extra credit if you show up! My only downfall was that she does not give study guides but I guess you can always expect everything to be handed to you! Over all, I would definitely recommend her!

I guarentee I dislike this subject more than any other person on this earth...now, Im not saying like I like it now, but she made it very easy to attend the class as well as try. Just Print out the D2L notes,take notes, study key words/dates/cases in book, and youre golden! She is fanominal!!

Challenging online class, make sure you complete all the assignments- if you miss one it's impossible to get an A in the class. Take lots of notes before exams- searching in the textbook takes too long.

I took her last semester with professor Mokhtarzada. Both are amazing professors and very knowledgeable. The class seems hard, but it's so interesting that you don't realize you've learned so much. I had 4 back to back POLS classes last semester, and their class was last, but ironically their class was the most interesting to wake me up.

I absolutely loved this teacher!! she knows a lot and her classes are very interesting. Homework is super easy but her tests are definitely not. Do the study guide and you will be fine. Take this class!!! You will love her! by far the best teacher at ARC

Collihan is awesome! She is an amazing teacher! Homework is due once a week, not very intensive, you can definitely do it in around an hour most of the time. Her tests are all right out of the lectures, so make sure to take thorough notes. Extra credit available to those who come to class consistently and for club days.

Love her! She is hilarious and a very nice person all around. Tests are difficult, but that's probably because I didn't read my book. I definitely could have gotten an A if I had put more time in to this class. I ended up with a B. She gives extra credit when there is low attendance so show up!

Definitely one of the more challenging courses that I've taken- but loved it. She puts a lot of thought into her lectures and is very knowledgable about the subject. 10 short papers, three exams, two presentations, and a final UN summit. Exams were hard but her study guides were very helpful. I definitely recommend taking this course!
