She has 3 tests and they are open book and notes. She also has you right a 10 page paper at the end of the semester. You do not have to make a presentation. The final paper is also made in groups. So choose wisely. I like her teaching style. She has a good sense of humor and she loves participation.

Dr.Hirsch is amazing!!funny and energetic...knowledgeable...easy to talk to and ask questions...go to class because its a lot of fun! never boring!

She's great. There's a good number of her exam questions that involve things she did in class, so try to come or ask a friend what you guys did when you were gone. Extra credit available, and I think she curves at the end..

great professor, fair and interesting. a lot of opportunities to earn extra credits. just 4 MC exams and the lowest grade will be dropped.

Her classes were not easy...but she is easy on the eyes. I didn't miss a class or extended study session. Brains, beauty, and a psychologist who make you sweaty and right bad checks. She's awesome.

Dr. Hirsch is great! Her class was exciting and attendance is mandatory (she doesn't take role, but she does experiments and watches movies in class that are always on the test). Only have to take 3 out of 4 exams. 50 MC....piece of cake as long as you go to class & read what she doesn't cover in class. I learned a lot!

Funniest person I've ever met! The class is about 200 people and hardly anyone ever skips because she is so funny and interesting to listen to! You do need to read the book to get alot of the detailed information behind everything, esp. for tests, but take notes and read ahead and the classes are awesome!

Lover her, she was probably my favorite teacher for the first semester. Her class is fun, just bring a laptop and take good notes and make sure you review everything the day before the test and you'll be fine

She's funny and able to maintain interest from the entire class. There's a lot of material to learn for each exam, but it's manageable. Thoroughly enjoyed the class.
