His class was one of the most enjoyable classes I ever had at Mason...He is so nice and helpful, and makes every topic sound interesting. e felt more like a friend who was teaching you than a professor, which was nice when you had questions...and he is so totally gorgeous...except I think he's gay...more fun for the boys I guess

We covered a lot of material, but Dr.Rankin is very clear in what he expects from you. Plus, he's hot as hell!

he is an AWESOME professor, i take him whenever i can. he makes the most boring subjects seem like the most interesting thing you've ever learned. he's extremely personable and always willing to help you out. He does require work, but it's nothing unreasonable. he understands college kids and college things so don't be scared to take him!

Prof Rankin is a good teacher and has a hot body! I hope that I have more classes with him.

Dr.Rankin was so much fun! He is so animated in front of the class. His exams are hard and tedious but the classes were so fun to go to! I would reccomend CAS313 to anyone that wants to have a really fun time during the semester but a hard and studious time during midterms and finals week.

Prof Rankin is a very good prof.Very patient with his students,fair,and always willing to help and explain the subject matter at hand.He never thinks anyone's question is stupid and he is very concerned to teach his classes well.Recommend!

Dr. Rankin is a great professor, if have been exposed to the language. He challenges his students in all aspects and demands greatness. Although his course seems advanced, he is available to clarify any information that seems difficult.

Prof. Rankin is an excellent teacher. He does not speak only in German during class and will clarify things that he says. He does not look at like you are stupid if you get something wrong. He is very helpful!!
