Very nice guy, I almost feel bad about the terrible review I'm giving him. Absolutely useless lectures; avg. attendance was about 5 people. MT was so disorganized and nonsensical I thought I was on acid. Good news; the final is take home although very long. I learned very very little about thermo but got a good grade.

It was hard to focus on his lecture. I didn't understand the 1st half of class (thermal/engine cycle) but found the fluid part very easy since I learned it already in another engineering department. Lecture not helpful so I had to teach and motivate myself to learn. TA could have teached it equally confusing or better. Laugh at his own jokes.

worst professor i've ever had...very nice, good intentions, just could not teach...amazing how much time was spent in lecture covering irrelevant material...it is still possible to do well since midterm is very similar to past quarters and final is take-home...but if you're looking to learn anything about thermo, his class is not the place to do it

The guy has no idea what is going on. His exams are exactly the same from year to year so get an old exam and don't bother going to class

Hahah, yeah, English Mr. Burns is right.. he was very chaotic and disorganized in his teaching style. The class is very easy because he is predictable. However, he is a mediocre professor, at best.
