I can't say the gushy comments about the guy ring true in my experience. He's ridiculously tough and seems unapproachable to me. | ||

Great teacher, nice guy. Scott helped me so much with my writing, he really knows what he's talking about and he genuinely cares about his students. You can go ask him for one-on-one help at any time and he always has a positive attitude. | ||

I was told to just get English 101 over with and that it would be terrible but this was one of my more enjoyable classes. Scott really cares about his students success and will put in all the extra time necessary to help you. He talks quite a bit but makes jokes and includes a lot of humor so you don't really lose interest. Great teacher! | ||

His class is very useful, but has a lot of frustrating work. He is very helpful though in working with you and actually teaches useful things. He really is passionate and knows what he is talking about. | ||

Scott doesn?t create a friendly atmosphere for students to engage in discussion, so he ends up to be the only one talking for the entire class period. If a student shares an idea he might make him/her explain it, until they start running out of things to say and lose their thought. At times, he can pick on someone and make a student feel uncomfor | ||
