Dr. Rogers is a very nice guy and is very knowledgeable. His classes are mostly lectures and the only grades are presentations, which he grades easy. If you show up to class and do okay on the presentations you should do well in the class.

Have had him four times. Great guy, passion for HR. Uses speeches for most of his grades, so you have to be able to do public speeches.
