Very tough grader, no matter how long you work on a paper, you won't get a good grade. She has good intentions, but is very unclear in her expectations. Would not recommend

Hard Grader, Fantastically vague assignments, records audio of her reviewing your paper instead of marking your paper, so that you can hear the tone of her "constructive" comments. Impossible to get an "A".

She is not easy; she will make you work for your grade. However, this does not mean you should steer clear of her. Try to get her so that you can greatly improve on your writing skills and snap out of the "college = high school" mindset, which can kill your grade like it did mine.

You will get the same grade if you throw a paper together at the last minute as you would had you actually taken time to work on it. If you go to her office hours to ask for clarity she will just keep talking and laughing obnoxiously at herself instead of helping. Very unclear, I would recommend taking another prof if possible.

Large work load for this class. One of the most annoying professors I have ever had. She laughs at every thing she says and the sound will make you want to punch infants. Try to take someone else if possible.

COMM301 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

I found that a generic communications class such as this was difficult to cope with. All the subject matter I wrote had to be dumbed down to levels everyone could understand or it ended up hurting my grades. A technical college should have technical orientied writing courses with professors that can also understand the material.

Great class, but the grades are a little tough. Double and triple check your papers before submission, and make sure they meet ALL the requirements. If you have questions, she's a great prof to have, and will make time to help you as much as you need.

Syllabus says a paper that meets the requirements will get you a 77-84 (C). This is what she calls an "acceptable" grade. To get anything higher, you pretty much need to make 0 mistakes. She is a nice person and will give you advice, but I don't suggest taking her class.

She was a really nice person but a horrible grader. Throw a paper together at the last second, you get an 83. Work really hard on revising the paper to what she wants, you get an 84. She grades rough drafts as if they were your final paper, thus negating the definition of a "ROUGH" draft. I doubt she actually reads the papers.Rough time constraints
