Thai1A Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Thai was difficult because I'm not a native speaker but she broke it down and made it as basic and fun as possible. Not too much homework and she prepares you for the exams with the intention that you can get an A. Definitely learned a lot. I agree with the previous comment. She is like a cute little grandma. :]

She is VERY nice! She even baked us COOKIES a few times! The class is very easy (even though you don't read or write well in Thai) She pretty much grades on your improvement and how much you try. Very fair. She gives take home exams most of the time. She is very wise, easy to talk to and very helpful.

THAI1A Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

She's a very friendly, funny teacher. The class is actually pretty easy but at the same time teaches you what you need to converse in Thai.

10A Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: N/A Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

all i can say is she's so easy! the class isnt hard because everything in her lectures are from the readings, so its just more clarification. her midterms cover only stuff she lectures on.. and she goes over the questions & answers a week before! she's really interesting to talk to and not intimidating at all. she's like a cute grandma :)

Kepner performs miraculously at making Thai less complicated to the non-native AND native speaker. I was happily surprised that I could communicate, and when Thais complimented my 'proper' Thai! No easy A, but you won't regret taking this class from her if you are at all interested in the subject.

She's laid back and easy going. She's very understanding and helpful. Plus she brings cookies. Very little homework. She grades very fairly and compensates for the difference between native and non-native speakers.

Great professor, she makes learning Thai so fun. She grades you on your learning progress which is really fair. As long as you put in a bit effort and time into the class you'll get a good grade and get so much out of it. my favorite class this semester.
