ECC204 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: A+

Very intelligent prof. He has random outbursts at time which are quite funny. Anyways, to do well in this class you will NEED a textbook. Read it and re read it. Also do the questions at the back of each chapter it will help! Go to his lectures but not really necessary. He reads off his slides and the slide are NOT helpful so a textbook is a must!

Leo is great. His classes are very interesting, as he relates many of the topics to what is actually going on in Canada and abroad. Sparks lots of interesting discussions in class which helps the learning process. Also a big advocate of no free lunches.

One of the better Profs at Ryerson. He relates the concepts back to real world issues and keeps classes interesting. Go to lectures, copy the examples and read the textbook.

He basically reads the textbook out loud. No need to go to class. Waste of time especially monday 8am class. Isnt the most helpful prof. Hard to understand. Study the textbook and do the assignments. Would not recommend him.

Highly recommended!!!knows what he is talking about, well prepared, makes classes interesting by relating the material to relevant issues in the economy. Very straight forward, clear and easy to understand even though the course is not that hard. Midterm was easy but haven't written the final yet...

Lectures basically consist of reading the textbook aloud. Waste of my tuition. Anyone could teach it if all they were using was the pp slides that came with the teaching edition of the text.

Yeah he's a tough prof but more professors should be as challenging and passionate as he is. I learned so much in this class. My favorite class this year.

At first he seems like a boring kinda professor but he is, honestly, aVERY smart professor. he has these random moments where he rambles on and has outbursts of "DO YOU LIKE ESSAYS?!" but hes a great prof, def knows what hes talkin about nd exams are just like the textbook (which he wrote).. memorize the ppt, the txtbook and you're sure to get an A

Horrible prof, horrible attitude, terrible social skills, doesn't know abything relevant about monetary policy. Just another bitter prof in the academic world who will probably never achieve anything of substance. Good riddance.

Extremely knowledgeable prof. Just pay attention & don't talk in class, read the text, do the assigned questions and you'll be fine. Explains clearly using real world examples which is amazing.
