A good professor overall. I never looked at the practice exams and did well. The key is to study his lecture material and skim over the book. Classmates who previewed the practice exams stated the exams were easy. As a lecture prof.....spectacular.

His tests are hard, but all you need to do is go to class and study a couple hours. Practice exams are VERY helpful, if you don't understand something he's more than happy to help out!

Textbook free as we used material put together by Todar. Prof. put a lot of work into the class. Somewhat uneven but class hadn't been taught in some time. Took me a while to figure out -- the practice exams are very important so use them as a study guide. The real exams were very similar to practice exams but not the same. Interesting class!

i had todar for 303 and thought he was alright, but had tough exams. however, for 330 todar is AWESOME!!!! it's a smaller class size and he adopts a very casual teaching style. he gives you the exam questions prior to taking the exams and they're not horribly difficult. i truly enjoyed this class and think todar is a great prof.

If you don't have old exams DO NOT take this class. There is a lot of material and if you don't have previous exams to study from it is nearly impossible to learn it all. The material is interesting, and Todar cares about what he does, but it's not easy. The final is impossible!
