You'll hear a lot of mixed reviews about Snelson. Yes, he plays favorites (especially if you're a girl) but his lectures and discussions are fun and humorous. He makes Chaucer especially into something hilarious. Just makes sure you contribute to discussions, read the stories, and work hard on the papers. All in all difficult at time, but fun | ||

As is the case with all English professors at FSU, he plays favorites. He liked me so I like him, but I can see why people wouldnt like him. I would say take an easier professor, but he's okay. | ||

I personally thought he was a great professor. I really enjoyed the class, even though I had to put some work into getting an A. Even though it was at 8 in the morning I enjoyed going. If you enjoy a professor who is actually going to challenge you then I would recommend this class! | ||
