BORING CLASS. 3 hours feels like 10. He is so slow which made me sleep and I felt rude yawning lol. Hated his group everything, so annoying.

Cyrus is an all right teacher. The course isn't all that exciting and while he does explain concepts quite well, I found it easier to just take notes based on the tb objectives. He has you do two group projects, which is a little excessive, two other smaller cases, a midterm and a final. Take the proff, but definitely don't rely on his ppt notes.

Cyrus is such a good teacher, he is super clear and WANTS you to do well, and learn what you need to. He's there to help when you need it, and he's funny sometimes. Very respectable teacher.

You will get a decent grade with no effort but will need to read the book to do good. He covers two chapters a week in 50 minutes. So it is very rushed and the group work is very annoying. He is an easy marker on the projects though! Nice guy, I just don't like his teaching style - won't take another class with him.

He is a very good teacher. He explains his notes and prefers that students read book for exam. Very helpful teacher! Very nice way of teaching and is very understanding professor.

Cyrus is a very nice guy who always cares about his students, and he loves helping students and smiling to students. He certainly expects students learn some useful knowledge from the class, but he also expects students fully use textbook after the class. He is impartial and decent. After taking his class, you will find you learned tons of things.

BUS203 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Cyrus is a nice guy who genuinely cares about his students and how they do. In our class his midterm was quite short, only 50 multiple choice questions. Though it wasn't a long midterm, it wasn't that easy either. Not terribly hard, the class average on the midterm was 70%. He can be a bit tougher on case studies though. Overall he's a decent prof.

If you don't like group work, don't have Cyrus. Your mark is group work + tests. If you are a good student, the large groups (7-8) for small case studies (1-2 pages) will drag you down. Good time management, 3x50 minutes - 2 breaks which is nice. Friendly, but stuck in his methods even when his teaching/textbook of OB contradicts what he does.

Wise and funny man. He spaces breaks effectively which means it's easy to stay focused. If you want a good mark on cases throw in as many terms, forumlas, and theories as you can. Tests are straightforward. I wish he would incorporate more of his own exsperience into the class, as it made the ideas very memorable when he did. I would take him again

Cyrus is very funny and he made the class enjoyable, but he seemed to play favorites. His tests are easy (multiple choice), but assignments are all group work. It can be hard to know what he expects.

Good teacher, he really knows his stuff and has a lifetime of experience... it was a dull subject for me (a crim student). Mid and final exam are multiple choice. There is A LOT of group work - it is unavoidable. The final project is not fun and is a lot of (group) work.

Pretty easy prof, easy course...grading system was confusing at times...couldnt really understand what to do to get a high mark in case studies...easy multiple choice midterm and final...guaranteed B as long as you study and give a half decent effort.

He's a pretty good professor but not the easiest. As long as you pay attention in class, read the chapters, you'll do fine. Midterm and finals are multiple choice

Cyrus is an incredibly intelligent, kind man and a great professor! You will do well in his class if you just try hard, he is a fair marker and appreciates effort. Anyone who says negative things probably just didn't apply themselves...

Talks only about himself and goes over content way too quickly. Entire course is dependent on group work. Biggest waste of my time and money.

Take your hat off in his class!! He is a good teacher, and is really nice. He especially likes it if you read the chapter before class (or at least the summary). He wants you to actually know the material though, not just recite it out of the textbook.

A really good, easy-going bloke who forces you to learn some 'real world' skills, such as having to work w. idiots. This train. will really help you in the fut. it is really for your benefit. He teaches very well and is as laid-back as you can get.

60% of mark is dependant on group work, groups which you are assigned to randomly. Easy enough class but I got stuck with the retards of the class and my mark went from an A to a C+ thanks to the **** final project we handed in.
