Cashman is the best teacher you will ever have. She wil scare you at first, but as long as you are respectful and on time to class you will be fine! Don't be afraid to answer her questions (she will call on you randomly if you don't volunteer). She is also a great person; talk to her after class. She's hilarious and extremely inspiring.

Dr. Cashman is probably the closest experience to a law school professor at UCF. She comes across strong at first, however once you get to know her she is in fact very intelligent. Be prepared coming to class as she calls on students randomly. Her tests aren't difficult, and I would DEFINITELY DEFINITELY recommend her. You will learn alot!

Cashman is a little intimidating at first, because she stresses protocol and reiterates the amount of time students will have to invest to get the grade they desire (she means it). However, if you put forth effort in her class, you come to find that she is one of the kindest, most helpful professors at UCF. She is really one of the best.

She is a very brililant woman! True she is arrogant but shes earned her right to be just look her up and see what her peers have rated her as a lawyer..she is ranked like #5 as being 1 of the best lawyers in Fl! I learned so much from her in my Evidence class. I sincerly wish she taught other classes. Listen, Read, and participate & ull be fine!

this lady is a raging loonatic and her motives are spiteful and vicious. she has no respect or concern for students and her arrogance makes her blind to the purpose of teaching. DO NOT TAKE HER unless you want an experirnce with a terrible female.

Professor will make the most of her time. She will pick out the slackers in the class, and call you out in front of everyone for not doing your work. Can be intimidating but that is because she knows she can get more out of you. Exams are not too hard if you do all your case briefs and read the chapters which require a lot of your time.

High paced classroom setting. Requires alot of reading and studying plus ALOT of briefs.

This class requires alot of hours doing an excessive amount of briefs. Come to class prepared because she interacts with each student. She is very straight forward and doesn't hold back. Do what you are suppose to and you will do fine. Great class to prepare yourself for law school. You will learn alot if you work hard.

This class moves very fast. As for the attitude comment, she gets down to business and has little patients for people who can't keep up because they don't do the homework. This class is a lot of work but I would recommend it for someone willing to work hard.
