Dr. Aaberg is AWESOME!!!!! he is one of the coolest directors i have ever had. really nice to everyone. wants to make sure you get better at playing, but at the same time, have fun with the music too.

I absolutely love this professor! I'm not a music major, but I definitely looked forward to going to jazz rehearsal. He is very passionate about music, and this is very evident through both his teaching and performing. I strongly encouraging taking a course with Dr. Aaberg. You will leave that class as a much stronger musician!

Dr. Aaberg is quite possibly the best teacher I have ever had. The man's knowledge of mucic is unbelievable. On top of that he is an amazing performer. On top of that he is an incredible person. If you have a chance to have him as a teacher, take it.

Very cool teacher. He's direct, and to the point. And he cracks the worst jokes at his concerts!!
