Took his Sociology Honors class. Very easy class... although I honestly didn't learn anything. He is very disorganized in both his work and his lectures. Not a very good teacher, but a very easy A if you do the work. If you are interested in the subject, do not take him. If you want an easy grade then by all means go ahead.

I took this class my first sem. at COC. He is nice & easy if you just need to pass with a B. However, I learned absolutely NOTHING about sociology. I took another soci class later & realized I wanted to major in it. If I would have never taken that 2nd class, I would have thought sociology was b.s. because i learned nothing in his class

He's really a nice teacher, very helpfull. He loves the subject, and may be a"lil" disorganized, like other people say, but overall, you are able to understand everything. Just make sure to go to class and participate. He's really a good teacher and you learn a lot : )

He's a really cool guy but was very unorganized. Says he was an ex gang member. There was no homework or tests, just three essays(one as a midterm and two due at the end of the year) Hard grader. Most get Bs and Cs.

nice and friendly teacher, talks to students on their level, but unorganized lectures, no homework/classwork/tests. Midterm and final essays totally off topic. Assigned class project AND final project essays with 3 weeks of class left! Nice guy, but unless you're good at essays don't take

he isn't very clear and no one does the reading in his class. he doesnt give any homework except a couple papers but then he gives a midterm and final totally off the subject from the rest of the class and the stuff we learn.

Very nice teacher, very helpful. However, a bit confusing/unclear on lectures. No tests, but LOTS of paper writing (If I remember right, our class had 9 papers to write). Anyway, if you can read on your own, you can get a good grade in the class...
