Really interesting prof. He's got a lot of cool insights and really knows his stuff. As long as you go to class and make an effort to be creative and intelligent on your essays, you'll do well.

Honestly I took three courses with this prof my first year of University, JS 203, JS 233, and RS 112. He gives you all required texts to write a good essay. Classes are challenging enough, and he only gives two essays and a take-home exam for each class. Will be taking EVERY possible class with him that I can in the future. You rock Prof. Diamond!

Professor Diamond is great! He really knows his stuff, and is really interested in what he teaches. Some of the readings are dry, but there is enough variety and they are not too long. I might be the only one, but I find him really attractive.

Diamond is one of the best prof's out there. I took two of his classes in 1st year. He DOES accept various opinions, so long as they're reasoned. He also provides ALL information (articles) you need to submit an A-paper. VERY knowledgeable in his fields, too.

OMG, such an aloof guy. He tells you he isn't a stickler for details, then gives you a written lecture about it if you don't meet his rules. He completely killed my interest in this class. Never again.

Diamond is amazing. His classes are interesting, he's funny, gives great articles to read and tells nice little anecdotes that really add to the discussion. Essays were actually enjoyable to write...I'm going to try to take as many courses with this man as possible before I graduate.

He is amazing. He is straight to the point. Very funny and intelligent. He really helps with essay's and is a good marker.

One gets the impression that he likes to hear himself talk and rarely injects anything other then the most obvious statements into his lectures. Lots of talking with little actual content. Pretty easy class but frustrating to sit through.

He was arrogant and a little bit scary. He had great enthusiasm for his beliefs but little patience for anyone else's. I didn't enjoy this class. It was nothing like what I expected it to be.

Given the comments on essays I was sure I failed. However ended up with an A in the course. He's brutal on comments but in all honesty they were true. Work hard and you'll do well. Don't work and you won't pass. Seems fair to me.

he was an amazing prof, he made an already interesting subject amazing. I would definatly take a class with him again. I think that when he goes off topic its a good thing because we learn alot of interesting things that we are unlikely to get elsewhere.He does NOT look like Woody Allen!!!

This guy really knows his stuff. Although the material can sometomes get boring (honestly, its from the bible), he makes it interesting nonetheless. Would reccomend taking a class with this prof. Overall, a really nice guy.

He knows his material, but there is so little time for all the information that he has. He is not a bad prof... I find his markings fair. He does sorta attack students if they say something against his beliefs...Overall I find his classes boring, but he is a very nice prof

Knows alot of things but his marking on assignments can be quite tough, and he does run on many tangents in all sorts of directions. Other then that he is fine.

Marked assignements hard. Went off on long, boring tangents that had nothing to do with the course. Attacked students who didn't share his beliefs. I will avoid this prof in the future.
