ECO2023 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Lectures are boring and all the powerpoints are straight from the book. Really no need to go to class but you must read the book. Gives you an opportunity for extra credit. He is very helpful outside of class. Made a B.

Can't understand a word he says in lecture, so you're pretty much on your own. Makes the exams way too hard. I'm a B+/A student and I ended up with a C and I studied hard for every exam, did the extra credit, and attended class. I would highly recommend finding another instructor if taking micro.

Microeco Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Class is boring, he goes through powerpoint slides every class. He gives 2 extra credit assignments. 3 major tests and thats it. Class average most of the time was B-C. He gives study guides for the tests and he takes attendance. Just study the slides and study guides and you'll pass. Difficult to get an A tho.

ECO2023 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Not an exciting class, and I like economics. You have to follow along and study thoroughly for tests. You must be self-motivated to do well here

eco2023 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Dr.Traynham is very nice, teaches with ppts that are straight from the textbook (which in my opinion is better so you can follow along with the book and not even take notes), and he offers extra credit-write a 2pg summary from a list of books.Books are easy to get from public library, used books-on-tape version so didnt even have to read it!

MACRO2023 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

This class is horrible. Everything is taught from pre-generated slides provided by the book company. Don't bother buying the book. PP slides are on BB and reflect the book word for word. The tests are HARD. Lectures are awfully BORING! Yes his a nice guy but thats where it ends. I highly recommend another teacher!! I am an A student, barely got a C

ECO2014 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Not a bad professor. Exams are hard because you dont know what to expect. Attenting class and taking notes + studying book and before exam = A. If you dont attend class or study mostly likely will get an F. No homework, quizzes, any assignments so how you do on the exams is important. Few options for extra credit. Must be self motivated to do well

ECO2023 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

You don't have to go to this class, but if he sees that there are not a lot of people, he will take attendance, and it counts as a small % of your grade. All you have to do is study the powerpoints and read a little. He offers extra credit papers if you read extra books, and he is a very fair teacher. I would reccomend him to anyone!

ECO 2013 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: N/A Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

He's very nice and helpful. Class can be boring. Gets all material straight from book (and so are tests). The material can be confusing, so get help if you need it. Tests can be challenging because they cover many chapters at once. Takes attendance sporatically, so go to as many as you can.
