This isn't a bad class, but going to lecture is pretty much pointless. I hardly ever paid attention and got an A in the class. If you study the book, do the problems, and understand the concepts you will do great. His practice tests are always easier than the real exam though!! | ||

This professor is awesome! Ignore what the poster below said. If you go to lecture and keep up with the readings, this class isn't bad at all. Office hours are a must. He gives lots of hints and great examples in lecture, practice exams, and in office hours. I had no language barrier and he was very welcoming. His tests are 50% multiple choice! | ||

Organic Chemistry is a difficult subject, no matter who the teacher. His tests are very, very difficult. I suggest reading through the chapter on your own and do all of the suggested problems because that will help you on the test. Office hours are extremely beneficial as well. Overall, he knew the subject, but was an extremely difficult class. | ||

Professor Kohen was really helpful if you actually went to go see him. He always welcomed questions. I think people had a hard time understanding him at points but he does a good job. His practice exams are VERY helpful. | |

Good professor. The tests are a lot like the practice ones that he gives so make sure you look over those. Lecture slides are diagrams and pictures right out of the book, but he summarizes it pretty well. Read before you go to class, you'll understand better. | ||
