CSBS 1311 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Hard class, but super nice teacher. Very little multiple choice questions on tests. Extra credit he gives helps very much and he keeps attendance as a grade.

CSBS 1312 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Dr. L is one of the best professors in my opinion. He cares for all of his students. He wants them to do well. Like anything else, you get what you put into it. Dr. L will help you succeed in class if you are having trouble. He's a wonderful professor and person!!! I highly recommend his class!

CSBS1312 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

I was very disappointed with his class. Yes, you can be there every class and take good notes, but if you do not have the same ideologies as he does, you can forget it. He may be a nice guy but since when do you go to College to be in a "nice guy's class". Before taking his class, talk to him one on one and see if your beliefs jive with his.

CSBS1312 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

Dr. L was so great. I learned so much from his class, more than any other I have attended. You have to take alot of notes and his tests are fairly difficult, but not if you study. You have to work for your grade but it's not hard to make a high A. He was so helpful, even scheduled my final a week early one on one so I could go on a mission trip!

NT1 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Dr. L is very clear and teaches his classes well. His beliefs are clear but his teaching is historical. Sometimes he goes into detail of why things are important to beliefs, which is good. I have talked to classmates who aren't interested in church who said they would attend chuch every sunday if Dr. L was the pastor.

Dr. L is a great teacher...if you want to be interested and learn alot, definitely take his class! It was probably my favorite class and the tests are not hard if you study your notes and memorize the lists and things he spells out for you. Great professor!

Despite previous comments, I have never heard of Dr. L being the hardest religion professor. I think that title goes to probably Holcomb, Wyrick, or Oldham. Nor is he a jerk. This guy is a very gentle and kind man whose little quips are priceless. A great prof who really goes into more than just the "what, when, and where".

new test. Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: N/A Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Anyone who would call Dr. L mean is insane! I am not one of the typical UMHB students, friendly and outgoing and "all about God", but he was VERY nice to me and whenever I went into his office for help he was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. Tests are hard if you don't take notes in class!
