Dr. Huffmon is AWESOME! He is super funny and always relates his lessons to his life experiences (which are really interesting, ex: protesting a KKK rally). He assigns readings almost every class and then lectures on them the next class. As long as you understand the readings the lectures are most of the tests. Do the study guides though!

this is one of the coolest 7 ft tall professors you will ever have. He is super smart, know his stuff,and very fair. make poli sci very interesting

Best professor I've ever had! He was a very fair grader, terribly witty, and managed to make even American Government interesting. If you have the chance to take him, do it!

uses alot of science and pyshics analogies, which is cool if you are a science nerd, but others might find boring. test are not hard and he keeps things pretty interesting.

I was in the "majors only" section, and this class was amazing. Dr. Huffmon is a great professor; his lectures are interesting and the tests and papers were graded fairly. Many extra credit opportunities and attendance was not taken.

I took all Huffmon's classes. He's awesome and funny. You should take him. Also his door is always open if you have a question. He is very helpful during and after class.

I like Dr. Huffmon. You will do good on your test as long as you know EVERYTHING on your study guide. He made the class very interesting and was not too hard on us since most of us werent plsc majors.

He is really nice, and give study guides for every test, he tells interesting stories in class to relate to the topics he is covering, and he really knows what he is talking about. He also gives extra credit and doesn't take attendance, but he is EXTREMELY loud when he talks, don't sit near the front.

I took this man for every class offered because he is that incredible. He's a great mentor, friend, and professor. He challenges you, but understands that sometimes you just don't get stuff. He works with you if he knows that you are really trying, and encourages you not to give up. Now that I graduated from WU, I miss the good times I had.

There's like three tests with very good study guides... so know the study guide and you've got an A... plus there like one or two outside papers which even I (how I dont know...) made an A on. Take him, and get your constitutional requirement.

The guy doesn't know what he's talking about. That's all there is to it. His tests are confusing, his lectures are boring, and he needs to quit talking down to everybody like he's the Messiah or something. Horrible teacher.

TERRIBLE. very unclear. lectures have nothing to do with test material. you must read the book and it's very long and detailed. must memorize details in book if you want to pass. 3 tests, if you screw up on one, you might as well drop.tricky multiChoice. monotone voice!1

He is a great professor. He really cares about his students and is willing to help you! His tests are all mulitple choice and come straight from his lectures. If possible, take him for any class!

311 and 473. The greatest teacher in the world hands down. If you don't like him, you are an idiot. He's easy to understand, interesting, and if you're are retarded, he'll let you know. Very entertaining, I've loved every lecture. Papers are easy to write and his tests are cake IF YOU STUDY!
