For a freshman level class insure was hard. The tests are worded weird and confusing. Be sure to take good notes.

GEOL 1121 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: A

Great teacher. He isn't really that hard. He wants you to know how to apply the knowledge to figure out his tests, not just the basic definition. The only class I've ever taken that we went through the entire book.

GEO 1121 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Dr. Schwimmer is an exceptional teacher who provides assistance to anyone with questions! He provides study guides which include test topics and although he does not provide exact test questions, the topics are extremely important to succeeding on his tests. I did poorly on the first test but worked my butt off from that point on and made an A!

GEO1125 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Hardest C I ever earned In my life. Take really good notes. If he mentions anything about the Columbus area remember it, he will put it on the test. Class was very difficult. I do not recommend you take this course unless you are a geology major

Glad a recent grad student believes she received an easy A. Had she taken notes, she might have recalled that I said elemental mercury passes through the gut and is poorly absorbed, thus not very harmful. Mercury vapor and methylated mercury are of course highly toxic.
