Amazing how many cheap shots are being taken at Prof. Reynolds here by people who never took his class, but only read and disapproved of his blog. Get a life. Prof. Reynolds is a deep thinker, and a great communicator. His class is highly recommended.

Unlike many raters, I actually had him for Constitutional Law and Nat'l Security Law. Very entertaining, informative and clear. Enjoyed those classes immensely. Mouth breathers who hate his Instapundit alter-ego have overrun his ratings here.378

I've had classes with both Professor Reynolds, and with some clown adjunct at Univ of Chicago...Barry or something like that. Professor Reynolds knows his stuff about the Constitution. That Barry guy didn't know anything (thought the Second Amend protected the gov't right to export weapons to Mexico). Gotta love a professor that knows his stuff.

In his class, Professor Reynolds often offers hypotheticals involving the same characters, "Dr. Ellen Smythe" and "Rickey Kraus" and "Pamola Gellur." The problem is that the hypotheticals don't involve the law, but rather three-ways. He punctuates these stories with "heh" and "indeed" and refuses to come out from behind the podium at the end.

Professor Reynolds is hopeless. He is predictable. He is dreary. And he is prepared to pass judgement upon people using the flimsiest evidence (e.g. anonymous forum comments). Finally, his tendency to end lectures with the word "Heh" is extremely irritating.

More interested in self-promotion than the welfare of his students. Unsure how he squares libertarian tendencies with living off the public dime. Definitely lets political views affect information he's supposed to be teaching.

Reynolds is the best teacher here hands down. Really funny and the most intelligent person I know to boot. I really feel honored to be in his classes due to his accomplishments and credentials.

Haha... it's true. His eyes are mezmerizing! Great guy, super intelligent and funny. Just this one warning...if you take his class and you're a girl, you will probably spend the rest of law school pining for him.

Take this class if for no other reason than to be entertained..this guy is great,,also he has the most read, most famous blog on the internet, visit him at www.instapundit.com.!! Best instructor in this otherwise tepid group of professors.

Horrible Teacher. Several of the students still have nightmares because of memories of his class.
