PHI 290 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

This was the second time I took Dr. Yanovitch and he is absolutely amazing. His dharma talks really open up your mind to a whole new way of thinking. If you want to become a better human being I highly suggest taking a class with him! No tests, no quizzes, no homework, no final! Just one 5 page paper due the last day! 100% take a class with him!!

PHI 209 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Dr. Yanovitch is a great man and very caring. He will help you if you show interest. He's a stickler with unexcused absences. Usually only two grades: paper and a presentation. If you show your true greatest effort he will usually help you with your grade. I recommend him for anything, I've have him twice! Love Yanovitch!

ETH280H Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

Basically two components to grade: presentation and final paper. Hand in paper early so he can offer corrections bc he takes off points meticulously for little things. Participation can help class discussion stay interesting but was not mandatory. Attendance looked at very importantly so don't miss class. Discussions always thought provoking.

Philosophy101 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

It was painful going to this class.....if you're taking this as a "gen ed" don't with him. Theres one giant paper at the end of it all (10-15pages) so its your only grade. if u care about your cumulative just don't bother with him. He's a nazi with grading. I really didn't care for him idk why people make him out to be great..

PHI 101 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

He is a very, very smart man! I've learned soo much from his class. I hate that he embarrasses students & puts them on the spot! There is no homework and the class is basically discussion. He's funny but weird.

I've taken him 4 times and over all he is a great professor. My advice to you is finish your paper a little earlier and give it to him to correct. Makes a BIG difference. Trust me. He is picky and a hard grader but will go over it for you before it is due. There are no tests. Just the paper and attendance. He is a great teacher and encourages discu
