I had three classes with her all at the same time, theory, freakishness and heterosexuality. They were great classes, although theory was boring but she is a great professor. Middleburry will be lucky to have her!

She conducts an interesting class but not without her faults. She oversimplifies theorists and misapplies them to her modern, liberal ideas. Plenty of work but she grades incredibly easy.

very liberal with strong opinions. very cool though. assigned a fair amount of reading but i didnt need to do it. just go to class and take notes. had to choose 4 papers out of 8 to write over the semester

Very interesting class, opens your eyes to alot of things. Very fair exam only if you make it to every class and take notes...she loves to give statistics and "fun" facts.

Very open minded and influential teacher. I learned a lot in this class. She's also extremely fair and very approachable.

very very boring, full of statistics, very bitter, interupts students when they have comments, shes always right and a hard core left wing democrat. i agree with most of the things she says but she just isn't cool at all, actually she sucks

Great teacher. Makes class interesting. Awesome person. I highly recomend her.

She often makes comments in class like "You all got low SAT scores and that's why you go to UVM". Expect to be insulted on a regular basis. The class itself is boring, she just lists off statistics and facts the entire class period. If you want good, solid teaching, this professor isn't for you.
