This is probably one of my favorite classes i've taken at RU. Turner just lays out the facts, and he does so in a non biased way. Probably one of my favorite professors!

Turner is an awesome teacher. He is very helpful and if you ever want to talk of something irrelevant to class he will be happy to stay and talk. His tests are easy and he's a great teacher. His tests usually stick to notes but skim over the text just in case.

AMAZING TEACHER! I went to every single class and I could listen to him talk all day. You wont do well if you don't go to class or study your notes. You don't need your book but it is helpful. If you need this class and you have Turner you are lucky!

I had Dr. Turner for both Religion 111 and 205. He is so not a hard professor, at all. It's call reading the book people and in reality if that's not for you he takes all of his tests directly from the notes. There are not a ton of grades, but this means no homework and the tests are spelled out for you in the notes. Makes you write an essay.

Very easy teacher. You can miss no more than 2 classes before you loose attendance credit. Take good notes and you can do well on tests without reading the text books

Carter Turner is one of the coolest professors i've had, he may have an attendance policy but his class is actually really interesting. His Tests are not hard at all but there is a paper at the end of the semester. Turner is a great professor and tries to make students think about situations from every side.

Turner is a terrible professor. Very liberal and tries to play Politics into the class as much as possible (bash Repub.). Tests are way to difficult, and the material is VERY difficult to understand, mainly due to his lack of teaching and failure to get the material across efficiently. STRICT Attendance Policy, only miss 2 classes. Low # of Grades!

Oh my gosh! Love this man! He is hott plus he really engages you in class, if you like what he is teaching then you are gold. I sit in the front and he can tell that I love what is being taught and that I am engaged. I did my Prof. interview on his and it was great. Just be chill with him and he will be chill with you. If you love it he'll love you

He is an excellent teacher! There is an attendance policy which is helpful because it sucks if you miss the class b/c you miss a ton of information. He knows his stuff and relates it to everyday life. His videos aren't boring and neither are his lectures. No study guides except for the first test.. just study ALL the material and you will be fine!

his class is fairly easy. take lots of notes everyday and if you miss the class its your loss. just attend class and study and you'll do fine. there is one major paper at the end of the semester. not too bad. i would recommend him to anyone!! really nice guy

OK, let me warn you. He checks this site and changes the class rules. He said it in class. So don't expect anything you would read here.

If you need the credit, take Turner. It is more anti- Christian than unbiased about all religions if you have prior knowledge of religions. But it is easy and he is entertaining.
