This was the first time he taught this class and he did a great job, he was wholeheartedly interested in the subject and is a musician himself. Made the class very interesting. Hardly any homework, easy A.

Jim's one of the best music teachers at NLC. He's funny and he really cares about his students. As long as you come to class and show your effort, you can get a good grade.

Quite possibly the best teacher I've ever had. He is very easy to get along with and is a beast at the guitar and bass. He definatly knows what hes talking about. And he's just a foxy guy in general.

Took his music appretiation class during summerII it was boring..his lectures will make u fall asleep...test are not too easy...grading is fair...he's helpful and will work with you so you can pass.....

Professor Eger (who prefers to go by his first name) is the quintessential guitar expert. He'll show you things just a little over your head, forcing you to rise to the challenge. I wouldn't have it any other way.
