There is a reason over half the class dropped before the first exam. This class would be interesting and fascinating if it was not for the professor. What a joke!

Awful teaching strategy, extremely confusing, fills up the board with nonsense that you can't read. Mumbles to himself. Does not offer extra credit. He also does not use Beachboard at all so you cannot check your grade. You figure out your exam grade when he passes it back but you have no idea what you receive on homework assignments.

PSY 361 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Avoid this class if possible. The homework is ridiculously long and only worth 5 points each. Exams are difficult with twisted questions and vocabs did not help much at all. 2 Written test that will pull down your grade. Not a very good teaching method. He scribbles on white board without any clear directions.

unbelievably frustrating course. Kevin does not provide guidance as is very unclear with his expectations. You basically teach yourself in this course. He requires you to read the book before class and briefly goes over it during class. The study guides for exams are ridiculously long and he asks an averge of 6 essay questions for the exam.

He's hard- 80% is an A, but study guides are insanely thorough. The book feels a collection of research articles- a lot of info. Short answer question on his exams. He is hard to follow- but the course is interesting. The disorders are described to the fullest detail. Dont fall behind. He knows what he's talking about- but hes hard

PSY 363 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

By far the worst professor in the psychology department at CSULB. He is too old to be teaching. He is monotone, zero passion or enthusiasm about the topic. You basically teach yourself out of the textbook, which is poorly written. Everything from the text is related to his though process and how HE views things and that is what you are tested on

He is a nice, knowledgeable professor, though he is boring at times. But 80% in his class is an A so I do recommend his class if you want to get a relatively easy A. He is pretty helpful too.
