Took the class in her first year teaching it. Lecture is very easy for upperclass science majors, probably moderate for sophomores. Lab is pretty hard - one of the toughest "courses" I've taken at Miami bc of all the memorization.Be prepared to spend your Fridays in anatomy lab during scheduled open lab. Overall, she is very clear and helpful.

Definitely one of the more difficult ZOO classes. All the notes are online, but the level of detail and volume of info are very large. Tests are blue book and Dr. I is very specific about what she wants. Interesting class (and useful if you're a neuro minor), but be prepared to study.

She is one of the nicest professors I've ever had at Miami. She definitely tries to help students outside of class. Her exams are soooo hard. Definitely difficult to do really well in the class but overall learned a lot and info is helpful for MCAT prep. Not fun to take early in the morning, but she tries to keep it interesting!

She teaches alot of good information but honestly in the end it is your grade in the class that matters. she loves multiple choice with options like only a and b, all of the above , none of the above etc It's a good class but you have to know detail like you have never known before and be a real good test taker, cause her questions are very hard

What can I say...she is awesome! She really takes an interest in her students and is willing to help them in any way possible. Take one of her courses if given the opportunity!

VERY HARD & not too helpful outside of class (never challenge her on her junk test questions or she'll take it personally). BUT, you learn a TON in her course & no one else teaches it.
