He is very helpful and very smart. If you go to office hours you'll be fine. The exams aren't easy, but if you focus on proofs you'll do good.

The notes are on the chalkboard, but lspice really knows what he's doing, which doesn't mean that I knew everything all the time, but it was a fun class.

Loren is amazing. He is helpful, kind, and humorous. He writes EVERYTHING he says, which can sometimes be annoying but is usually an asset. I highly recommend him.

He is amazingly helpful in office hours and is always willing to meet with students outside of class. He is reachable and responds very quickly to emails and maintained an up to date and easy to use website for the class.

Well... he writes really neat notes on the board... And he writes every single thing he says on the board. (YES, every single thing.) And if he has two lectures, u can go to either one, he teaches exactly the same(I repeat! EXACTLY THE SAME) thing. But, he replies email fast! FAST!!

He is a really nice guy, and gets the material to us well enough, but his quizzes are hard!

He explains the materials fairly well in lectures, but goes over it very fast. Also, the quizzes in lab are very difficult.
