UNIV2020 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Dr.Burton is something, just not sure what that something is. She doesn't really teach much as most of the time it is guest speakers and for assignments she just posts online and doesn't say a whole lot about them. Instead of actually talking about what is coming up she relies way too much on D2L. In my opinion only have her as a prof if necessary.

University 2020 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: F

She is a helpful teacher. She helps me with my work and explain things I don't understand. But i am failing the class. I don't understand most of the work or readings. You have to make sure the essays are very specific and long. Good luck if you have her as a teacher!

HIST 3806 Taken for Credit:Yes Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Dr. Burton is very enthusiastic to chat with, and help students. Her information is well-organized, but sometimes she talks in riddles and can be hard to follow. I am not sure that I would like an on-campus class but I have to say that she makes use of D2L's potential. Nice lady, work for your grade and you should do well.

Uni 1010 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

This professor. Creative, odd recurring thoughts, ample of energy, nimble on her feet is what I would use to describe Valerie Burton. Only recommended if your interests in life are odd or mysterious.

Very unclear in what she expects. Doesn't lecture, but instead rambles on for 50 minutes say "um" every three seconds. I got an 'A' in her course, no thanks to her. Only take a class with her if you want a very difficult semester.

She is awesome. Easy Marker and no final! I would take her every semester if I could. One of the best profs I've ever had

Hist1015 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

She is very unclear about what she wants, but is an easy marker. The text books were completely unused, but she provided articles to read occasionally. Her lectures seem to follow no pattern, and I took no notes at all and got an A, and know several others that did. There was no formal tests in this course, only essays. Very very easy grade.

hist1010 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Knows her history. But is very scattered and unclear about what she wants/expects from her students. Rambles on and on while randomly changing topics or centuries. There is no clear cut objective of the course.

Easy course. You just need to show up to discussion class and participate and the assignments are pretty straight forward.

HIST1110 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Very nice lady who loves her subject but very scattered. Half of the time, I wasn't even sure what century or country she was talking about. Tests and assignments are fairly easy, though, so it's not a bad course.
