Codevilla knows what he's talking about. Most people thought the lectures and information unclear and convaluted, but keeping an open mind and using common sense as it applies to simple matters of logic in foreign policy are crucial to understanding the information. If you're a logically-minded libertarian, you'll find the class worthwhile.

An extremely unfair grader. It is very easy to get discouraged in this class, since you will have to spend hours on end studying and reading for an exam only to get a 40. If you want to get into grad school, try to avoid his classes or your gpa will plummet.

Has launched his own campaign against grade inflation. Average midterm grade was a 43. You will NOT be right in the class, he always is correct no matter what. Select comments from midterm: "B.S." "Wrong." and my favorite, "Total nonsense." I wish the course would have been more fair.

He's cool. Just be able to deal with the fact that you will never be right-not in class, not on the test, never.
