Great guy, but these things only make sense to Ernst. He strikes me as the type of dude who has newspaper clippings, photos, and essays clipped on a board with strings attaching to each of them. I am sure it all makes sense, but the connections are less than clear.

PIT03 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Ernst is difficult. His exam was the most intense experience of my life. That being said, I am much better for the experience. Ernst is known to focus on the smallest of details, but he is quirky, helpful, and often references material in other classes. Ernst very clearly loves his job and his students. We were all almost in tears on the day.

I loved Prof. Ernst. Crystal clear, and does a great job of making property interesting. Also, very helpful in office hours. His exams are detailed and difficult, though.

HIST015 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Took American Legal History. Class materials too DETAILED and DIFFICULT!!!! The Prof is nuts BUT in a great way, he is SO charming, fun. Quintessential dorky prof but what a great guy! Materials and concepts (especially for those who havent had administrative law) would be difficult.
