the takehome exam was brutal. She prepped us for everything that was on it though. no socratic method, and you really don't need to read the cases. just come to class and take decent notes on her lectures and you should be fine. she's a good professor and very respectful of her students. check out one of the supplements from the library too.

CivP1L Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

She does teach as if the students are in Kindergarten. Not at all deeming.I welcomed it. Civ Pro is just one of those subjects that you can't make interesting. Buy E&E and make yourself a flow chart. Scrap the traditional outline.

Good class, she was very nice and clear as to what she expected from students. Tried to stimulate class discussion. Take home exam, very tough but ultimately fair.

CIVPRO Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Overall best preparation for this course is learning the basics before the course starts. Then since open notes make some sort of a chart to figure out what rule or rules to use.
