One of the worst teachers I've ever had or heard of. Rambles about nothing and gets off topic way too quickly. Impossible to follow his monotone. Class puts you to sleep and the tests are incredibly hard. Worst teacher ever!

Hard class. Lectures are pointless. Impossible to focus on his rambling. The book is the only way to learn anything, and even so, it doesn't help much with Aplia.

He wasn't the most interesting person, but I thought he knew what he was talking about. The class is considerably time consuming, but if you're a good student and willing to actually put forth time to study for a class, you'll probably do fine. I don't think he should be blamed for others' poor studying skills. It's a hard class, but you can do it

Horrible style of teaching. Very slow to speak and cannot explain or teach very well at all. Accent is VERY boring, and says "and" "uh" a lot. 25/150 people attended class each day. Maybe even less

Poor teaching. Useful information drowned out by irrelevant droning. Next to impossible to pay attention in class. Explanations of formulas and concepts are so poor, you're left on your own.

The online textbook was awesome I learned more from it then Inaba. His powerpoint lectures had errors and language didn't correspond with our textbook assignments. Very hard to stay focused in class, he kept having to backtrack what he said from errors which made it difficult to figure out what was actually correct.

Hard class, made harder by bad teaching. Online homework does not help either. The book is the only real way to learn what you're doing.

Problem sets helped a lot to understand materials. It's not an easy class for some students. Very helpful teacher.

Not the most exciting guy on the planet, but he knows his stuff. He has Q+A sessions every day after class in his office, where you'll get the answers to the homework and for quizzes. Class definitely takes time and effort, but not impossible by any means

Lazy people have a hard time on the test. He gives you clues to what questions will be on the test if you attend leture. Do the homework and actually attend class and it's not hard

Very very poor teacher. Rarely explains a concept, just states the idea as a fact without any backup or follow up. If you get stuck taking this class, DO NOT ATTEND. I made that mistake and had to relearn everything out of the book after he confused me....good luck.

First econ is not my favorite class, so take this as you want. Very boring class, difficult tests, and very few points to try and save your grade if you need to.

Is kinda boring, but very dedicated and knows his****. You must attend his after-class help sessions (held by his office), where he will give you answers for the weekly quizzes. Tests are all M/C, and kinda hard, you have to study, but nothing impossible is expected.

The lectures are mind numbingly boring, but he is a nice guy. Study his website and you will do okay on exams, which are hard in all econ 101 classes. They are out of 30 questions, you need about 22 to get an A or B.
