Conforti is awesome. Really funny and makes class interesting. He sets you up to do well if you just do what he says. If you're late, don't come to class, don't pay attention or don't study the study guides you won't do well. But if you do all the above you'll do just fine. I would take him again if I needed another class he taught.

VERY STRICT on timing! Won't let you in even if you're a minute late. Total 3 test(including final) He is kind of funny, but thinks too much of himself. His test are not that easy, have to be on top of things. For EC if you do really good might bump your grade by a letter up. If you don't like politics and don't know the ABC's of it don't take it!

This man is hilarious. He gives you a study guide (in the black book) for every test. Reading isn't necessary if you don't mind receiving a B in the class. He tells you "WRITE THIS DOWN, IT WILL BE ON THE TEST." Tests aren't as hard as he says they are. Just be in class and pay attention. This class requires studying maybe 2 hours for each test.

CONFORTI IS THE MAAAAN! Super fair % tells you everything you need to know for every test. STRICT ON ATTENDANCE! *BEWARE* The test are challenging so make sure you study. DO THE EXTRA CREDIT! IT'LL SAVE YOUR ASS! I failed the 1st test and still managed a B. He loves what he does and makes class interesting every morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great class. Wasn't too interested in Politics before this class but I am now very interested. Conforti is funny and strict on attendance.

loved this professor. you have to be on time and awake, but what do you expect? its college. his tests are challenging, so STUDY. one other thing, DO THE EXTRA CREDIT ASSIGNMENT! if you take this class seriously, you'll be fine. p.s he deducts points for absences.

Good class. Reading is not really required to pass, but it does make understanding the lecture easier (like any other class).

Conforti is an interesting guy. I enjoyed his lectures but can see how others might not. You don't need the thick book, just the thin book written by him.Don't be late. Take good notes. His tests aren't that hard if you just pay attention and don't take his humor too seriously. Overall good class,I like Poli Sci now because of this class.

Great teacher! Funny and easy to listen to. Tests are hard though, you really have to study from the book and the lectures to do well. DON'T BE LATE! If you are even one minute late he won't let you in the class and you are marked absent. I would definitely recommend him though!

To pass the class: read the textbook and take notes during lecture and study those. Easy class. Funny professor. Open minded when it comes to talking about politics. Strict when it comes to arriving on time--won't allow you to come in one minute late but is gracious enough to let you come to one of his other classes if you miss yours.

Super funny teacher and really keeps class interesting but he is one of the hardest, most strict teachers Ive had at Fullerton. His class is based off of 3 pretty difficult tests and one EC paper. And dont even think about trying to get into the classroom if you are a minute late.

He wont let you in if your even a minute late, very strict. I was a lazy student but LOVED his class, i would look forward to going to it every day and he makes you want to learn the material. I really thought he is a great teacher, wants you to learn the material, and makes it fun!

He's a great guy, but he is a really hard professor. If you're planning on retaking government at fjc, you're going to want to take him over Naji Dahi any day. 3 tests worth 150 points, 2 assignments, and 1 50-point extra credit essay. Attendance is important, he won't let you in after the time the class starts.

He is a funny teacher and kinda makes the class interesting but he is one of the hardest teachers I've had so far. I had to drop his class because his class is just based of of 3 tests and he gives out an ec paper that gives you like half a letter grade if you do well on it. Like him as a person, NOT teacher!

The class is as easy as you want it to be; be in the know of current politics on both sides. The text must be read reliagiously; I say this guy is on FIRE that's why he's hot as a flame. In order to do well you must overperform. There's no such thing as dumb questions in the class.
