If you can, avoid her! She's seriously awful! No one at the law school has any idea how she attained the rank of Professor. Drop her! Now! (Or don't register for her if you haven't already)!

Her final Con Law exam did not test the material of the course and there was no semblance of fairness in the way she graded. Althouse gave no comments or feedback when questioned about the exam/grade. She is a compeltely unfair and ineffective prof, not to mention a Scalia nut. Bleh. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

She is like an emu. She writes and talks like a flightless bird who does not understand copyright laws. Also, Gloria Steinem called and she said she wants her to get a self-esteem already! She is a mockery to the paper her law degree was written on.

Writes like she blogs -- all over the place. Impossible to follow. Get a good outline and some study aids, tho, and you'll do OK.
Con Law
Althouse is a bit confusing at times in class, but she tries really hard to get her students to grasp the important concepts. While her exams are usually closed book, creating confusion and fear for students studying for her final, this ends up being better for the student in the end. I would definately take her again.
