Nice guy. Very, very easy grader. Loves and knows math. Some people might have trouble understanding but I haven't really had a problem so far. Do the homework and pay attention and you should at least pass.

While he is a nice guy his teaching skills are awful. His class is out of control and he does nothing to keep order in his class. I feel bad saying this but do NOT take this class if you want to learn anything ( everything I learned was on my own from the book)

Do not take this teacher if you really want to be taught. He is unclear, unorganized, and appears to have no prepared lesson plan. Very poor lecturer.

this guy is a horrible teacher. he is very knowledgeable in the subject. he is defiantly the teacher to take if you can read through his unclear ways of teaching.

I took mat 255 & 260 with him. His notes are horrible and completely unorganized. He comes to class and wings it and fails miserably. His quizzes are pointless bc they are the first 3 problems from the hw. It sucks if you are a math major because he skips over all the "hard" stuff. He gives out A's like his job depends on it and has bad dandruff.

Smart man, but the worst teacher I have had. Doesn't explain things clearly, and likes talking about his diferental equations class. I would Avoid him for this class if at all possible. He is willing to talk during office hours, but still doesn't explain clearly.

Truly cares about students doing well. I thought he would explain things many different ways. All grades are posted on Angel. I would take a class with him again.

His teaching methods are unorganized and he crams too much into one session, especially a whole section within the last five minutes of class. Whenever asked a question he always answers wrong and is never of much help. Much of what he talks about studying for on tests isn't on them or is something he hasn't gone over very well. Poor social skills.

He is very intelligent when it comes to math, however he teaches many concepts at one time. He never stops with one subject,he just goes right on to the next and that is a little overwhelming at times. Everytime i have asked him a question, he never really understand the question. Not a bad teacher, he just throws everything at you at once.

Very intelligent, knows his math but just cannot teach it. His explanations are poor and how he teaches it and writes the test problems are not like the book. I got A's in h.s. math and 27 on ACT math and a C in his class because I couldnt understand him or how he does things.

Always available for help. Grades are computerized so you always know where you stand. Projects are done in a group so if you don't know what you are doing you can still score high on the projects. The quizzes are easy. You get at least 5 tries on the quizzes these are worth 5-10 points each which can pull up your grade if you fail a test.
STATS
Not that hard at all. Gave study guides that were basically the tests, and I got an A w/o problem. Answers emails quickly. Boring and can be unclear, but key thing is EASY

he's a smart teacher, but has a hard time explaining, he understands the math very well, but just doesn't know how to teach it, at least thats how i feel, so far.

Teaching sucks, but grades papers and tests very easy...His apperance in class is lacking, if you had him you know what i mean...I passed the class with a C with no effort

He is a VERY nice teacher. If you show up to class ... you will pass! Very helpful with anything and everything you need!
