TX POL Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: A

I took Salas during one of my first semesters here. He was a great prof. You are able to use your notes during the test, so be sure to sit up front so the rude people in the back won't distract you (most of the time you could never hera him talking b/c of these ppl) Q's come right out of the notes... EASY A, good prof.

POL 1133 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

While he does ramble a lot and get off topic often, all you need to do is go to class, copy all of his notes word for word, pay attention to the examples he uses, and attend class the day before the exam for the review. There are also online quizzes which come from book. Study and do all of that and you should make an A.

POL 1133 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Not Mandatory Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: Meh Grade Received: N/A

Most of the time, he just talks about stupid things that aren't helpful at all. Exams are based on notes but his lectures are really unorganized and confusing. Exams are hard - questions are really tricky.

He's a very knowledgable person, but it's incredibly difficult to pass his class. There are few assignments. The questions on his tests are really tricky. There are extra credit assignments, but they're worth little points. I wouldn't recommend taking him.
