Teaches theory because it is a *University*. You know... if you want really practical stuff they have places you can go to learn Excel & FrontPage. It's call ITT Tech.

I agree with the comment that Dr. Warford does not teach material that can be implemented in the real world. He teaches far too many concepts and not enough implementation. In my senior year I started taking extra classes on the side in the Valley on Net

Stan is a good teacher, provided he knows the material well enough to write a book on it. He lacks the vision needed to get the department where it needs to be. Should have tried harder to keep Dung Nguyen back in the 90's.

A really good teacher. He's not very charismatic, but he's very good at teaching the subject. The class was interesting, and challenging, but very possible to get an A if you work hard.

Your grade reflect your relationship with the Professor Warford. If you mess up with him, you will get bad grades.

Teaches concepts very well and is always willing to offer extra help. Tests are challenging, but fair.

This prof teaches only out of a textbook he wrote. He hasn't worked in the industry in over 15 years now, and it shows. The 400-level courses especially are geared for going into a teaching career, not a real life job. Ego-biased grading as well.

Really simple stuff if you've ever done programing before.
