Intro to film Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: You need it sometimes Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

Ok so this was the worst class I've taken at scad. Sears had never taught intro to film before, we would sit through the class before us to learn how that teacher taught the class. He was suppose to teach us to use the cameras and he couldn't even operate them himself. I learned more from the teacher's assistant. he's very close minded with editing

Film 100 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: What textbook? Rater Interest: It's my life Grade Received: N/A

BJ was an excellent teacher. He always took the extra time to make sure everyone was on the same page. His assignments might have been a little to easy though. I felt like he never really challenged me.

PostPro Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: It's a must have Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: N/A

BJ is a wonderful individual who is VERY willing to help you in class on whatever question you have. I don't think the man is capable of getting frustrated from what i've seen. Not knowing Avid, i learned quite a bit in his class, and am now not affraid to use that program to edit my movies on

BJ was a great teacher. We only had 5 students in our class and he gave everyone individualized attention. He always did checks with everyone in the class to make sure that his due dates were reasonable and his assignments allowed alot of creativity. I would recommend him for any class he chooses to teach.
