Textbooks are main source of information. He knows the material but does not present it well. I've learned a good deal from his class. Assignments consist of writing and he encourages good writing skills. If writing papers and summaries is too much for you don't take the class. He provides a different outlook on cj that is quite interesting

He is horrible! Fell asleep during a movie and the whole class left him sitting in the classroom after the class period was over! During presentations, he can barely keep his head up, let alone his eyes open! Also, all books required are books he or his friends wrote. Can't believe I had to pay tuition for this waste of time!

He was awful. I went to class three times. First day, middle semester to turn in the draft paper and end of semester to turn in the final paper. The ONLY project for the whole class was a 10 page paper. No requirement to read book if you're creative.

Worthless prof. Don't even have to go to class. He repeats himself daily and only talks about his experience in prison. You hear the same stories all the time. Doesn't stay to syllabus

not a good professor but not the worse either. very boring and doesnt teach anything. likes to ramble on about his views on the system and his prison life. easy A though. exams are though but he curves A LOT. worse grade is a C

Don't read his book!! He doesn't test on it. Spends class time railing at the world and gloating about his books. I didnt mind though its beats listening to most professors material.

Any classes this man teaches are a waste of time. All he does is rail against religion and capitalism and even went so far as to claim that the world will inevitably evolve to a system of global communism. He claims to be a person who is open to different opinions, but in reality he is against any opinion but his own.

Not a hard class because you do nothing. Watch movies, or take a test, thats it. The tests are rough, very rough. You can't really study for them, so good luck.

cool guy and very interesting. Dont really like his format of teaching(speeches and learn for textbook) Easy to talk to though and brings up good points

This class just involves watching a lot of movies, but only went the full 3 hours i think twice or so, and we didn't even have class two of the weeks. just don't get behind in reading and you'll be fine. but DON'T read his book, he doesn't even give a test on it!! he goes over some exam questions right before the exam so listen up.
