Absolutely the best professor I've ever had. She almost had me switching to a Journalism majour just to keep having her! Tests were extremely easy as long as you pay attention and actually go to class. I never studied and was 2 points from a solid 100% in the class. I'm sad to hear she's leaving.

Great class! Pretty easy. Go to class, take some notes, and DO the study guides! Pretty much everything is straight off the study guides, you will be guaranteed an A on the tests. Only complaint I would have it that she can talk a little fast sometimes, and I couldn't take notes fast enough.

Barbra Mack is an absolutely wonderful professor. She knows everything about everything and I enjoyed going to every class. She offers in class extra credit so while attendance is not mandatory it's good to go. Take this class ASAP as she is retiring after Fall 2012!!

I ABSOLUTELY ADORED THIS CLASS AND THIS WOMAN. She is by far the best professor I've ever had- she's knowledgeable, passionate, hysterical, committed and brilliant. You learn so much in her class because she makes you laugh when she teaches. This class is a MUST take and do not skip, you will miss important info as well as a wonderful 50 minutes.

So is SO stuck on herself. She does a good job using examples and showing videos but she cares more about promoting herself than actually being a teacher. The class is pretty interesting though.

Barbara is a great personality, but this class just dragged on. Lectures easily got off track and class didn't follow syllabus. She's a tough grader on assignments, so make sure your writing is at its best and carefully edited.

B. Mack. is the bee's knees. Dont fall alseep in her class though,because she will ultimately break out the the Mack-Attack and make you cry.
