Professor Cookson is a must take professor for aspiring Game Developers. His real world experience and love for the field will make him my first choice for future classes. If your expecting a "skate-able' class then keep on looking. Cookson's projects are fun and rigorous. Take this class if you want your skills to either be challenged or honed.

The best professor in the ITGM department. He is incredibly well-knowledged and will teach you what you need to know to succeed in the Game Design Industry. Take him. He is amazing.

Cookson and Mamais are the two best teachers in the Game Design Department. He is a tough grader, but he is a realistic grader who wants to prepare his students for the Game Design Industry. Take him if you want to get hired.

I loved this class. Cookson was definitely tough and spent a lot of time tearing work apart but this class I learned the most I have ever learned in a single class. He is tough but why would you take the easy way out of a majors class?? I recommend Cookson to everyone interested in cinematic or level mechanics as a profession.

Not a very positive teacher, not exactly clear on what he wants or how to do the projects. Doesnt seem to give positive critiques in reference to balancing the positive and negatives of the project. Seems to concentrate on mistakes more than sucesses.

This teacher is great for criticism. I had a lot of fun in his class, the projects were fun and he is an easy person to talk to. He isn't afraid to tell you that your work sucks but he'll give you ideas on how to fix it. Very industry oriented and is a big 3D max fan over Maya.

Aram is a great guy with great ideas. He knows what he is doing in 3DS Max but is still learning Maya. The only problem is that he likes for students to explore the software and won't always give you straightforward answers. He will give you great critique on your work and will tell you if it's bad. Overall, take him if you want to be challenged.
