Chef was a very thorough teacher. Make sure you pay attention she hates repeating herself. Chef is very helpful she wants you to succeed so she pushes to strive for success. no way sunshine is her favorite line. For the most part she was a good instructor.

I did not like her teaching at all. When you would mess up she would judge you, and say I love you....mean it. I did not feel the love. Her lectures lasted so long, where there was no time for production.

Very clear, very patient, very fair. Pay attention, clean up like it's your job and study for tests. Do your paper like you understand English and don't be afraid to try things and fail, she's there to help!

Really sweet lady but she means business. Had her for soup, stocks, and sauces. Very clear had great demos. One day i missed class for the beach but came in the next morning and told the truth. Still jokes to me about it to this day. Thanks sunshine

Most thourough instuctor that I have had. Soups, stocks and sauces are the base for all cooking so take this course early in your program. Chef Robotham will cut you no slack but she will insure that you have a firm grasp on the subject matter. I highly recommend this professer.
