CJFS 1500 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: F

Awesome guy, but he should only be teaching upper level classes. I took his intro to CJFS as a filler for my poli sci degree and he teaches the class like all of his students are seniors. His exams are beyond difficult and he does absolutely no preparation for them. READ THE BOOK.

CJFS6920 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: Mandatory Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Really into it Grade Received: B+

He is on top of his stuff 100% his age brings experience and it's really a good time in class listening to him share his knowledge. Not an easy class, but completely manageable if you attend.

NEVER take him for the Intro to CJ class even if you're a CJ major! He should only be teaching upper level courses.

CJFS1500 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Low Grade Received: N/A

Great guy but he tests you like you've been on the force w/him his whole life... I've attened every class, took all his "notes" on the board and still got a D on his first test. Attendance can be worth up to 12 points so don't miss OR leave early!

CJ5825 Taken for Credit:N/A Attendance: N/A Textbook Use: Essential to passing Rater Interest: Sorta interested Grade Received: N/A

Overall, if you are in law enforcement you will understand him very clearly. I recommend him because he brings need-to-know arguments up for discussion that are incorporated with the material, making the class as a whole interesting.
