I had Liz as a TA (I was in the honors section) and she was a gem-so passionate. Quizzes and tests are a little tough, but reasonable. Notecards are vey helpful. I didn't go to lecture a lot, but I had the book and did very well. 2 papers to do (analyzing a piece of art) but they're pretty short and simple. Try to have Liz as a TA!

YOU MUST ATTEND LECTURES (and pay close attention) or you will be totally lost. Taking good notes is also crucial. Her quizzes and exams are extremely difficult (cover A LOT of material and must memorize a lot on information such as dates, names, significance, and places) and you have to dedicate A LOT of time to this class. Notecards help a lot.

MUST ATTEND LECTURES. Don't need to buy the book, she even told us that we were not going to use it -- but unfort. it was too late to return it. The tests are VERY difficult, even if you go to every lecture. She is passionate about the material, but very spacey.

She is very nice lady and a good teacher. But her exams are too difficult even if you go to all classes.
