Best professor ever! She is open to questions and explains everything until you get it. Very interesting personality! Liked this course very much and will keep her in mind.

Tests are tricky, and the project is completely graded how she views it, not by the rubric she gives. Goes double for the self assessment paper we wrote.

Dr. Baughs classes are not very difficult. I took management and human resources with her and got a B in both. The tests come out of the text book. One thing you should be careful of. She is very conservative. Keep that in mind when writing papers and doing presentations. You will be a full letter grade lower if your opinion differs from hers.

Human Resourse, she was very helpful dry sense of humour.. but she is very strict on grammar with the three mini papers you'll have to do.. also do well with your presentation good luck

She treats her undergrad and masters students completely different! LOVES her masters students but doesn't give undergrads the time of day. Tests are EXTREMELY hard (covers 4/5 chapters) and very unclear! Every time I asked her a question outside of class she was incredibly rude. She seems really nice but she really isn't at all. Very annoying too!

Judging from the comments I've read here, it seems that Dr. Baugh treats her graduate students differently. Two open book tests and an easy project. If you can handle her bad jokes and lack of Excel skills you should be golden. She stated at the beginning of class she has yet to fail a student. We all got A's and B's.

I find management classes to be a little dry and she did very little to make interesting. We would sometimes have group assignments in class which did help, overall I found it boring. Some of her test questions were very ambiguous & nit-picky covering as much material as we did, was very hard to decide what would be on the test and what wouldn't

I agree with the others regarding her unfair grading policy. It was obvious that she did not want her students to get A's, she always found some way to deduct points. The points she gives/deducts for a test question depends on the answer she wants it to be, regardless if the answer you give is straight from the book. Take another class if possible.

She made it extremely hard to get an A or A- in her class by making sure there were 4-5 questions that were extremely obscure or too difficult to figure out exactly what she was asking. It seemed that she wanted her students to fall in the B-C range. She assigned too many lengthy assignments and nitpicked greatly! Good luck if you take her class

Very knowledgeable! Genuine concern for students, really wants you to succeed, not just by getting an A but by understanding the material.

Strange lady!!! But she give OPEN BOOK TESTS!!! WOW! This is the only reason I made a B in the class.

I thought she was a really good teacher. The class was really easy. At first I didn't want to take this class but it has been the best class I have had at UWF so far and the first A I have received since I have been here.

Teacher is unfair in grading. You never know what she is talking about. She is all about being in charge. She has no problem making a student feel stupid. Everything is done as a group, even your individual score. She is really cocky, and just plain rude. I do not recommend this teacher.
